May 2011 – When you think about it, American Idol®, along with many other reality-based TV shows, has quite a few similarities to the way that consumers choose healthcare products at the shelf. After all, they decide who stays and who goes by casting their vote whether to purchase or not purchase. It’s survival of the fittest at its best.
