MILWAUKEE
, WI – May 11, 2010 – The Caregivers Marketplace, a cash back program that provides unlimited healthcare product rebates to consumers, announced a new milestone this week. During the 2009 recessionary period, The Caregivers Marketplace put $210,000 back into the pockets of family caregivers nationwide.

Nearly 66 million Americans serve as a primary caregiver to a sick, disabled or aging loved one, and out-of-pocket expenses cost them each an average of $2,500 per year. The Caregivers Marketplace relieves some of this financial strain by offering cash back on the retail healthcare brands that caregivers need to provide care for their loved one. They have provided family caregivers with nearly a half million dollars in cash back rebates since it was acquired by Hamacher Resource Group, Inc. in 2005.

“We couldn’t be happier about the real dollars-and-sense difference that Caregivers Marketplace makes in the lives of so many Americans. Consumers are eager to find cost-effective ways to maintain their health and the health of the loved ones they care for. We are delighted to play a part in making healthcare more affordable,” said Dave Wendland, vice president of Milwaukee-based Hamacher Resource Group, the parent company of The Caregivers Marketplace.
